Weddings and Corporate Events
The Bleasdale Heywood Guitar Duo formed in 1989. They specialize in providing background music for corporate events, weddings, dinners and other functions large or small. They aim to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere without being intrusive- to add a unique and special musical element to your special occasion. Their repertoire is wide and expanding- from classical masterpieces for two guitars to jazz and popular standards. The duo plays on a regular basis.

The Ceremony
In Church, the organ usually plays the music, but the Duo often plays over the signing of the register, which can be a special feature.
If the wedding is in a hotel or specialist wedding venue, then the Duo can play as the guests arrive, for the bridal entrance, during the signing of the register and when the bride and groom exit.
After the ceremony, there is normally a drinks reception that can be enhanced by the inclusion of live music, without being intrusive to the guests' conversation.
Finally, the inclusion of Spanish, South American and Jazz music over the Wedding Breakfast can create a wonderful, uplifting musical atmosphere for your special day. |
