Welcome
The Bleasdale and Heywood Guitar duo was formed in 1989. Since then they have played numerous recitals and have recorded two CDs- " Impressions " features new works by the composers Mark Houghton and Robin Hill, and " Southbound " is devoted to Jazz, Popular and South American Classics. The latter was recorded on a visit to Northern Ireland where they also gave a concert featuring works from both CDs. They gave the world premiere performance of Impressions, by Mark Houghton, at a recital for Manchester Guitar Circle in May 2003 after which d'OZ music publishers published the work.
